Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All items are made-to-order. Our current processing times are:
• Handmade aprons: 3-7 business days
• Custom embroidery: 3-5 business days
• Mail-in alterations: 3-5 business days after item is received
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using a trusted carrier such as USPS or UPS. Shipping times typically range from:
• 3-5 business days depending on location
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. Rae’s Threadwork Studio LLC is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Damage that occurs during transit
If something goes wrong, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
Mail-In Alterations
If you are sending an item for alterations:
• Customers are responsible for shipping items to us
• Please use a trackable and insured shipping method
• Turnaround time begins once your item is received
Return shipping of your completed alteration(s) is free.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
