Do you accept local drop-offs?

At this time, Rae's Threadwork Studio is a mail-in service only.

Please wait until you receive our confirmation email with mailing instructions before shipping your item.

Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Customers are responsible for shipping garments to our studio. Return shipping on finished work is always free.

Most projects are completed within 5-7 business days after we receive your garment. Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of work.
