• We’ll confirm custom embroidery details with you before getting started when needed.
 

3. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made and created specifically for you:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This helps us continue offering personalized, made-to-order work with the time and care each piece deserves.

4. Turnaround Times

We provide estimated turnaround times, but they can vary depending on order volume, materials, and shipping. We appreciate your patience with handmade work!
 

5. Mail-In Alterations

• Customers are responsible for shipping items to us.
• We recommend using tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
• While items are in transit, they remain the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
 

6. Shipping

Once your order is shipped, delivery times and handling are managed by the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages.
