Thank you so much for supporting Rae’s Threadwork Studio LLC! Every piece is handmade with care and created just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, our policies are a little different from traditional retail—but we always want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Refund Policy
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our items, including aprons and embroidery, are made to order and often personalized. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has entered production.
Before placing your order, please double-check all details (like sizing, colors, and spelling). If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
Alteration Services (Mail-In Orders)
All alteration services are final sale. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for mail-in alterations unless we made a mistake.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can take a look.
If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly fix it by offering a repair, replacement, or refund when appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans change! Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started working on your item, so cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping Notes
Once your order is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier. While we can’t guarantee shipping times or be responsible for lost packages, we’re always happy to help guide you through next steps if an issue comes up.
